Starbucks lost a lawsuit against the China Trademark Board over the unauthorized use of the company's name, reported the Legal Mirror Wednesday.
A mineral water company named one of its products "Sha Ba Ke," similar to "Xing Ba Ke," the Chinese name for Starbucks. The local court ruled the Starbucks trademark was not famous in China yet.
