EMO Hannover 2023 to land in China in mid-March

(ECNS) -- The global tour press conference of EMO Hannover 2023 will land in China in mid-March.

EMO Hannover 2023, the world's leading trade fair for production technology, will be held in Hannover, Germany from Sept. 18 to 23 this year, exhibiting advanced international production technologies.

As one of its 40 stations, the tour cities in China include Beijing, Jinan in Shandong Province, Shanghai, Shenzhen in Guangdong Province, and Chongqing.

China’s economy is gaining momentum in 2023 with demand for advanced production technologies recovering, and it is also the largest market in the world, said the sponsor of the fair.

Data from the Oxford Economics predicts that China is expected to invest more than one trillion U.S. dollars this year and the amount will exceed $1.1 trillion in 2024, most of which is from the machine tool industry and electrical engineering industry.

Leaders from China’s industrial field, different levels of governments, investment agencies can get authoritative information from the fair about which technologies can be used to implement the planned projects, said Dr. Wilfried Sch?fer, managing director of the VDW (German Machine Tool Builders' Association)

EMO Hannover 2019 has attracted about 120,000 audience from 149 countries and regions, with over 3,300 from China.
