The government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) allowed people with negative testing results to leave the area starting from 6:00 PM Sunday.

The government on Saturday issued compulsory testing notice in respect of a local specified "restricted area" in a bid to cut COVID-19 spread.
