(ECNS) -- A 3D micro-sculpture work of the ancient Chinese painting Qingming Shanghe Tu carved out of yak horns debuted in Lanzhou on Tuesday.
With a length of 8 meters and a width of 1.6 meters, the miniature sculpture consists of 728 figures, 29 boats, 152 houses and more.
It is one the 800 works chosen by experts from Gansu at a conference.
Qingming ShangheTu, or Along the River During the Qingming Festival, is a masterpiece by Zhang Zeduan (1085–1145).
It depicts the daily life of people and the landscape of Bianjing (now Kaifeng city in Central China's Henan Province), the capital city of the Northern Song Dynasty (960-1127).
