(ECNS) -- During the just-concluded weeklong National Day holiday, scenic spots in East China's Jiangxi Province welcomed the peak of tourist flow. Affected by the pandemic prevention and control, camping and outing have become new favorites of tourists.
Dongbaiyuan ecological valley in Jingan, Jiangxi Province held wonderful activities to let the local and tourists feel the holiday atmosphere. Activities such as the valley fireworks gala, mountain BBQ food Festival, Valley Fireworks camping base have attracted thousands of tourists from Nanchang City and surrounding cities and counties to go and relax there.
In Nanchang's Red Valley Beach, the camping base by the lake of a park has been popular among residents since it was launched on the first day of the National Day holiday. Many citizens travel together to explore new ways of autumn camping.
"It's a great experience for all of us to have a barbecue, eat food, watch a dazzling light show and look at the starry sky," Cai Huan, a tourist, said that this kind of travel is not tiring, but fashionable and new. It is very relaxing and happy.
Shu Minzhen, general manager of Nanchang Red Valley Beach Cultural Tourism Development Co., Ltd., said, "During the National Day holiday, tents at the camping base have been fully booked, some for two or three days at a time. In the first five days of the holiday, the camping base and the light show have received more than 60,000 visitors."
